A talking guide for your website

A guide that shows visitors around your website.

VocaGuide answers your visitors by voice or text and shows them the answer on your page: the price, the photo, the booking button. Made for hotels, attractions and shops whose websites have a lot to show.

The problem

Visitors skim, can't find it, and leave.

The answer is usually already on your website. Your visitors just don't find it in time.

  • They skim for one thing

People scan a page for one thing: the price, the opening hours, a photo of the room. If they don't see it quickly, they go back to the search results.

  • The answer is there, but buried

Prices sit a few clicks deep, the spa hours are in a PDF, and the best photos hide in a gallery nobody opens.

  • Chat boxes answer with a wall of text

A chat box can find the answer, then hands it over as a paragraph. The visitor still has to read it and go looking on the page.

Answers and shows

One question, two answers.

A visitor on a spa website asks: “How much is a weekend for two?” Press play and watch a typical chat box and a guide answer the same question.

  1. Today: a chat box

The right answer, as a paragraph. The visitor reads it, then goes looking for the price on the page.

    1. Reads the paragraph
    2. Looks for the price
    3. Looks for the booking button
  2. With a guide

The same answer in one line. Then it shows the visitor the price and the booking button.

    1. Reads one line
    2. Sees the price
    3. Sees where to book

Voice or text

Voice or text. Your visitor chooses.

The first four rules come from running a guide on a live website. They keep the guide welcome and out of the way.

  1. Silent until they tap

No sound plays until a visitor turns it on. Once it's on, it stays on while they browse.

  2. Captions, always

Every spoken answer is also written, so the guide works in a quiet office or on a train.

  3. Microphone when they choose

Visitors can tap a question or type one. The microphone starts when they press talk, and not before.

  4. Works in in-app browsers

Links from email, LinkedIn or Facebook often open in a browser with no microphone. Text works fully there.

  5. Slovenian and English

The guide speaks Slovenian and English today. More languages on request.

  6. Folio says it's an AI

Folio, the guide on this site, says it is an AI in its first line, and so does every new guide we set up. Visitors know who they are talking to.

Built for your kind of site

Every website gets its own guide.

The guide is built from your own pages, so it knows your rooms, your exhibits or your products.

  • Hotels, spas and glampings

Guests ask about prices, rooms and what's included. The guide shows them, then leads them to your booking button.

  • Museums and attractions

Visitors ask about tickets, opening hours and what's worth seeing. The guide points at the answer and opens the photos.

  • Online shops

Shoppers ask which product suits them. The guide shows the product, its price and the size guide.

Live on a real website

Live on zeleniturizem.si since July 2026.

Zeleni Turizem is a family glamping in Haloze, Slovenia. Its website guide answers guests in Slovenian and English, by voice or text. It shows prices, opens photo galleries, scrolls to the right section and leads to booking. The current guide there is Mila, a swallow, live since 7 October 2026.

How it gets on your site

Three steps to a guide on your site.

  1. Step 1: We read your site and build the guide

The guide learns from your own pages: your rooms or products, your prices, your opening hours, your photos.

  2. Step 2: You check its answers

Before anything goes live, you see how the guide answers and tell us what to change.

  3. One line, added once
    <script src="https://vocaguide.com/v1/embed.js" defer></script>

Step 3: You add one line of code

One script tag on your site and the guide is live. It works on any website where you can add a script.
