How it works
From your website to a guide that shows visitors around.
We build the guide from your own pages. You check how it answers. You add one script tag. Here is each step, what the guide can show, the languages it speaks and how it handles privacy.
The steps
Three steps to a guide on your site.
-
Step 1: We read your site and build the guide
The guide learns from your own pages: what you offer, your prices, your opening hours, your photos. You don't write anything new.
-
Step 2: You check its answers
Before it goes live, you try the guide on your own site, see how it answers and tell us what to change. It goes live when you say yes.
- One line, added once
<script src="https://vocaguide.com/v1/embed.js" defer></script>Step 3: You add one script tag
One line of code, added once. It works on any website where you can add a script: most site builders, shop platforms and content management systems allow it.
After it goes live
-
Step 4: You see what visitors ask
On the Growth plan you get a monthly report of what visitors asked and what your site doesn't answer yet.
What it can show
It answers, then shows the answer on your page.
-
Scrolls to the answer
It takes the visitor to the section that answers their question.
-
Points at the price
It travels to the price and points at it, with what's included.
-
Opens your photos
It opens your photo galleries at the room, exhibit or product the visitor asked about.
-
Leads to booking
When the visitor is ready, it shows them your booking, ticket or basket button.
Voice and text
Voice when visitors want it. Text always.
-
Sound only after a tap
The guide stays silent until a visitor turns sound on.
-
Captions always
Every spoken answer is written too.
-
Text where the microphone is blocked
In-app browsers from email or LinkedIn often block the microphone. Text works fully there.
-
Slovenian and English
Both live today. More languages on request.
Privacy and trust
Clear about what it is and where data goes.
-
Folio says it is an AI
Folio, the guide on this site, says it is an AI in its first line, and so does every new guide we set up. Folio's bubble is labelled AI guide, as Article 50 of the EU AI Act asks.
-
Voice processed by ElevenLabs
ElevenLabs hosts data in the US. Transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
-
Retention you can set
How long conversations are kept is configurable.
-
Abuse is blocked
The platform blocks abuse with a bot check and rate limits.
Questions about setup
How much work is the setup for me?
We read your site and build the guide from its content. You check how it answers and tell us what to change. Then you add one script tag to your site, which you or your web developer can do.
Which website platforms does it work on?
Any website where you can add a script tag. Most content management systems, site builders and shop platforms let you add one in their settings, and on a custom site your web developer can add it.
Can I control what it says?
Yes. The guide is built from your own site's content, and you check its answers before it goes live. If something should change later, tell us. On the Growth plan, your changes get priority.
Will it slow my site down?
The guide is added with one deferred script, so the browser shows your page first and the guide joins after. There is nothing to install on your server.
What data does the guide collect?
To answer, the guide processes what a visitor types or says and which page they are on. Voice audio and transcripts are processed by ElevenLabs, and how long they are kept is configurable. On the Growth plan, you get a monthly report of what visitors asked.
See it on your site
Step one is on us.
Tell us your website. We build a demo of the guide from your own pages and email you a link to try it.
Thank you. We have your website.
We'll build a demo of the guide on your site and email you a link when it's ready.
