What a voice minute is
A minute of spoken conversation between a visitor and the guide. Text chat doesn't use voice minutes, and it's unlimited.

What does it cost per month?
Starter is €49 a month and Growth is €149 a month. Every plan starts with a demo on your own website, and your first 30 days live are free. If you want your own mascot as the guide, we quote it per character.
What is a voice minute, and how many do I get?
A voice minute is a minute of spoken conversation between a visitor and the guide. Starter includes up to 150 voice minutes a month and Growth up to 600. Text chat is unlimited on both plans. If you get close to the limit, we tell you and suggest a plan. Nothing extra is charged without your OK.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. We first make a demo of the guide on your own website, so you can try it on your real pages. If you go ahead, your first 30 days live are free.
Will I see what visitors ask?
On the Growth plan, yes. Each month you get a report of what visitors asked and what your site doesn't answer yet, so you know what to add or make easier to find.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time. Your first 30 days live are free, so you decide after seeing the guide on your own site. To stop, you remove the script tag and the guide is gone.
