VocaGuide is a talking guide for websites. It answers visitors by voice or text and shows them the answer on the page: it scrolls to the right section, points at the price, opens the photos and leads to the booking button. It is built from your site's own content.

A chatbot answers in a text box. VocaGuide answers by voice or text and then shows the answer on your page, so the visitor sees the price or the photo where it already is. It also has a face: a character that moves and points. A chat tool is still a good fit for order questions or live chat with your staff.

Starter is €49 a month and Growth is €149 a month. Every plan starts with a demo on your own website, and your first 30 days live are free. If you want your own mascot as the guide, we quote it per character.

A voice minute is a minute of spoken conversation between a visitor and the guide. Starter includes up to 150 voice minutes a month and Growth up to 600. Text chat is unlimited on both plans. If you get close to the limit, we tell you and suggest a plan. Nothing extra is charged without your OK.

We read your site and build the guide from its content. You check how it answers and tell us what to change. Then you add one script tag to your site, which you or your web developer can do.

Any website where you can add a script tag. Most content management systems, site builders and shop platforms let you add one in their settings, and on a custom site your web developer can add it.

Yes. The guide is built from your own site's content, and you check its answers before it goes live. If something should change later, tell us. On the Growth plan, your changes get priority.

The guide answers from your site's content, and it is built to say plainly when your site doesn't have the answer. On the Growth plan, the monthly report lists the questions your site doesn't answer yet, so you can add them.

It leads visitors to your booking button or booking page and shows them where to click. The booking itself stays in your own booking system. The guide doesn't take reservations or payments.

Yes. Links from email, LinkedIn or Facebook often open in an in-app browser where the microphone is blocked. Text works fully there. Visitors who want to talk can do so in a browser that allows the microphone.

No. The guide makes no sound until a visitor taps to turn sound on, and every spoken answer is also written as captions. The microphone starts only when the visitor chooses to talk.

Folio, the guide on this site, says it is an AI in its first line, and so does every new guide we set up. Folio's bubble is also labelled AI guide. Article 50 of the EU AI Act, which has applied since 2 August 2026, asks that people are told when they are talking to an AI.

Sound and the microphone start only when the visitor chooses. Voice is processed by ElevenLabs, which hosts data in the US. Those transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. How long conversations are kept is configurable.

Yes. We can bring your mascot to life as the guide, so it answers and shows visitors around in your brand's own character. Mila, the swallow on zeleniturizem.si, is one example. Each character is quoted separately.
