Online shops

An AI shopping assistant that shows shoppers the right product.

Shoppers ask which one suits them, which size to take and whether they can send it back. The guide answers by voice or text and shows them the product, the size guide and the returns policy on your own pages.

What shoppers ask

Shoppers want help choosing.

Your product pages hold the answers. The guide brings shoppers to the right one.

  • “Which one is right for me?”

The guide answers from what your product pages say and points at the comparison your shop already has.

  • “I'm between sizes. Which should I take?”

It opens your size guide and points at the line that answers.

  • “Can I send it back?”

It scrolls to your delivery and returns information and shows it.

  • “How much is it with delivery?”

It points at the price and at your delivery terms.

What the guide shows

What it shows in an online shop.

  • The product

It travels to the product the shopper asked about and points at it.

  • The comparison you already have

When shoppers can't decide, it points at the comparison or size table your page already has.

  • Size guides and details

It opens the size guide or the photos, right where they are.

  • The add-to-basket button

When a shopper is ready, it shows them where to click.

Where it's live

New for shops. Live in tourism.

We'll be straight with you: the guide isn't in an online shop yet. It has been live on zeleniturizem.si, a family glamping in Slovenia, since July 2026, where it answers in Slovenian and English and shows prices, photos and the booking page. For shops we offer a pilot: a demo on your own shop first, then 30 days live for free.

Questions shops ask

How is it different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers in a text box. VocaGuide answers by voice or text and then shows the answer on your page, so the visitor sees the price or the photo where it already is. It also has a face: a character that moves and points. A chat tool is still a good fit for order questions or live chat with your staff.

Which website platforms does it work on?

Any website where you can add a script tag. Most content management systems, site builders and shop platforms let you add one in their settings, and on a custom site your web developer can add it.

Will it slow my site down?

The guide is added with one deferred script, so the browser shows your page first and the guide joins after. There is nothing to install on your server.

What happens if it doesn't know the answer?

The guide answers from your site's content, and it is built to say plainly when your site doesn't have the answer. On the Growth plan, the monthly report lists the questions your site doesn't answer yet, so you can add them.

What does it cost per month?

Starter is €49 a month and Growth is €149 a month. Every plan starts with a demo on your own website, and your first 30 days live are free. If you want your own mascot as the guide, we quote it per character.
